Now Accepting Out-of-State Students

The Philip J. Rock Center and School is now accepting admission of non-Illinois, out-of-state students. The Illinois State Board of Education recently authorized the 600 Regulations for Admission of Out-of-State Students. PRC will ensure that all qualified Illinois students are admitted, but the new regulations permit the admission and enrollment of qualified non Illinois students.

Individuals interested in admission should contact Charlene Bolden, Interim CEO at 630-790-2474 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Mrs. Bolden will see that an admission packet is sent to interested individuals. Upon receipt of a completed admissions packet, a decision will be rendered.

The admission process includes review of the student's medical records by PRC's Medical Director and the PRC Admissions Committee. Once an admission letter has been issued, PRC and the student's local school district, family or other funding agency will complete a contract to ensure funding and begin the enrollment process.
